The good: + friendly staff + nice interior + really tasty and good quality meals + original cuisine and flavours + good size of portion + seasonal dishes, local ingredience . The bad: - no appetiser offered during waiting time for food (ca 40 minutes) - more tables than they can effectively serve, longer waiting time and crowded feeling - lack of acoustic insulation, the place gets noisy easily - the staff doesnt check on customers needs after order was place (additional driks etc) . Closure: there sure is space to improve, however the meal quality is undisputed ”
“ We stayed at the hotel and had all of our meals at the restaurant. The quality of food was consistently excellent with all the dishes we tried. The Cesar salad was particularly tasty, with freshly grilled chicken, the walleye fillet was not overcooked and laying on a root vegetable purée and I had the duck confit two times because it was so delicious. There are some healthy options but I didn’t see vegan options. It is definitely the best restaurant in Hustopece, although we didn’t go anywhere else because it was so satisfying. ”

Portions are just the right size so you’re full but don’t fall in food coma. Service above typical czech level but don’t have high expectations. Cosy laid back unintrusive vibe. Main dishes are around 15€ and good value. ”
